The Boiling Point For A Mixed Martial Artist "212 Degrees"

Put a pot of water on the stove at 211 degrees, what do you get? Warm water. Increase the temperature by 1 degree to 212 and now you get boiling water, boiling water creates steam, steam causes locomotives to go up mountains. So by giving that extra 1 degree you never know what you are capable of.

It's not the size of the man in the fight...it's the size of the fight in the man that counts.
