MMA Grip Conditioning Exercise

If you want to increase your grip strength for your mixed martial arts matches here is a simple yet effective tip on how to strengthen your grip. Fill an old army canvass duffle bag with either dry cement or sand to make it heavy. Now I suggust doing this exercise outside or in your garage in case things get messy. Now grab the bag and begin tossing it to the side, back and in front of you. This gives more realism of the feel of actually grabbing onto someones clothing and grappling with them, then just using regular resistance hand grips to strengthen your grip.


It's not the size of the man in the fight...it's the size of the fight in the man that counts.
