Mixed Martial Arts Tricep Push Ups

We all know how to do regular push ups. Well here is a push up exercise with a twist which will work your triceps blasting them to fatigue. Go into a regular push up position but instead of having your elbows pointed sideways have them point downwards towards your legs so the elbows are underneath or to the sides of your ribcage. This will better isolate the triceps when you bring yourself down. To increase the intensity lower yourself on a 5 count, hold for a 5 count and up for a 5 count. Your triceps will definitely feel this exercise.
