Mixed Martial Arts Medicine Ball Throws
Here is an exercise that can help condition yourself to absorb more blows to your body and face. Grab a partner and lay flat on the floor face up and have him drop the medicine ball onto your body and face. When dropping the medicine ball onto your face have him drop it at a closer range, for when dealing with blows to the head and face you do not want to have to much impact due to preventing any type of brain damage. If you can't get a partner simply lay on the floor yourself and drop the medicine ball on yourself in the same fashion. Till the next time train hard and safe.

dropping a medicine ball on your head sounds like a great idea. can't wait to start. what weight should I be using? 25 lb ball? I wouldn't want to be called a sissy
